License Key Save Wizard PS4: A Disappointing Experience

I recently had a frustrating experience with License Key Save Wizard for my PS4 console. After purchasing the product, I encountered issues with activating my license key and resolving them proved to be a lengthy and disappointing process.

The trouble started when I tried to activate my license key, only to find that it wouldn't work. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't get it to activate properly. Frustrated, I decided to file a dispute with PayPal, the payment processor for my purchase.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I sent several emails to Save Wizard's support team, inquiring when my license key would be reissued or activated. Unfortunately, my emails went unanswered. I also attempted to reach out to them through their Discord support server, Facebook page, and subreddit, but received no response.

After two weeks of waiting for a resolution, I sent another email to Save Wizard's support team, informing them that the dispute had been dropped. This meant I would have to forfeit any possibility of getting a refund, whether or not they allowed me to use their product.

To resolve the issue with PayPal, I called them and gave them the 'okay' on the transaction. However, I was concerned that Save Wizard's support team would fail to respond within the allotted 10 days, which would result in my receiving a refund from PayPal.

I find it hard to understand why Save Wizard's support team failed to take any action after discovering issues with my license key. It seems like they are not prioritizing their customers' concerns and are leaving them to fend for themselves.

In the end, I hope that Save Wizard will come back and provide a resolution to this issue, but at this point, it appears that they have abandoned me as a customer. The experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with License Key Save Wizard PS4.
